Wilson’s Lemonade New Branding & Package Design

Officially introduced to the market early 2013, Wilson’s Old-fashioned lemonade was the first, and has become the most popular NAFDAC approved never-from-concentrate juice drink in Nigeria. We are grateful for thousands of calls, posts and messages received from Lemonade Fans… We are also humbled and encouraged by the millions who chose to purchase and consume our products. The consistent and growing demand for Wilson’s Lemonade inspires us to be more creative and dedicated in our mission to “Make healthy living more fun, accessible and absolutely delicious.”

The real fresh squeezed lemons in Wilson’s lemonade are packed full of nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins that provide a more natural, healthy and refreshing alternative to fizzy and artificially coloured, flavoured and sweetened beverages.

The previous bottle and packaging was exactly what you would come to expect from Wilson’s:

We introduced Wilson’s in a square shaped bottle unique to the Nigerian beverage market. After nearly five years, we have refreshed the look and feel of Wilson’s while preserving the ever so important essence of the brand–fresh, never-from-concentrate, fun, quirky and inspirational. The new packaging makes our delicious lemonade more accessible and readily available to consume on the go. We are encouraged by particular words many have used to describe the new packaging—words such as ‘active, fun, energizing, unique, sporty, refreshing…’ are directly aligned with the spirit and feeling we aimed to evoke with the new packaging.

My brother Seyi and I, as well as the entire “Wilson’s Juice Co” team sincerely thank you for your support and encouragement–in words and actions. We started this journey with only N2000, and a seemingly crazy idea to refresh Nigeria with more natural and healthy goodness…

I say thank you… thank you… and thank you again for partnering with us to “make healthy living more fun, accessible and absolutely delicious.”

Sincrely, Seun A. Abolaji
